Before you start, let's look at must-have apps of SMS Magic
SMS Magic has multiple product/application offerings and different entry points to begin using SMS Magic apps.
You will have to use the following apps.
1) ) SMS Magic Web App - You will need to sign up for SMS Magic account first. For Non-CRM users, the web app has all features available in the native version of the app.
2) Native CRM apps for Salesforce & Zoho - After signup, you will be prompted to get a Native CRM app if you are looking to get your CRM apps.
3) SMS Magic Mobile app - If you have heavy conversation usage, you can download & start using the SMS-Magic mobile app.
Keep in mind, Messaging is an highly regulated industry, you will need to under go a compliance registration process according to the country of operations. SMS Magic provides managed services to help you complete all compliance related tasks.
